The Building & Development Organization (BDO Lebanon) works to develop the regions of West Bekaa at every level. We establish projects and infrastructure connected to rural development, build facilities that create job opportunities, and improve social conditions across our communities.
Our work is guided by a spirit of shared responsibility — raising awareness, encouraging participation, and coordinating with the institutions, municipalities, and public bodies that share our commitment to sustainable, inclusive development.
Your support funds development projects, clinics, and learning programs that improve daily life across West Bekaa.
Give your time and skills to community, youth, and environmental initiatives, and help build a stronger region.
Rally your community to back vocational training, reforestation, and social-care programs that change lives.
We develop the region across all levels by establishing development projects and rural infrastructure, building facilities that secure job opportunities, and improving social conditions. We promote a culture of responsibility and coordinate with the institutions concerned with development to ensure lasting impact.
We raise awareness of the importance of the environment and how to protect it through seminars and specialized training. We organize reforestation campaigns to prevent desertification, encourage the cultivation of medicinal plants and gardens, and cooperate with civil, municipal, and governmental bodies on waste management, pollution, and sanitation.
We engage young people in the development process, encouraging them to take initiative and shoulder responsibility. We work to build sound citizenship and a national spirit that rises above sectarianism, and we establish youth centers that nurture the rising generation with a strong civic upbringing.
We establish institutions for humanitarian, health, and social-care services — including clinics and health centers that advance social justice. We empower women to take part in public life through cultural, social, and vocational programs (tailoring, first aid, computer skills, agricultural production) and create centers dedicated to supporting women in our communities.
